(i)
A = Arete / pyramidal peak / horn
B = Ice / glacier /glacial tongue /ice fall / trough end

1 mark each

Level 1: Basic 1-2 marks
simple statements e.g. - a hollow fills with ice, the ice erodes a hollow.

Level 2: Clear 3-4 marks
Hollow fills with ice, references to the processes of erosion e.g plucking, freeze thaw and abrasion.

Level 3: Detailed 5-6 marks
As Level 2 but spatial differences in the location of erosion e.g. plucking forms the steep back wall, freeze thaw aboe the glacier, abrasion erodes the deep hollow hollow

(iii)

Level 1: Basic 1-2 marks
Simple statements/limited explanation e.g. road tolls to reduce traffic, footpaths repaired, public transport etc

Level 2: Clear 3-4 marks
Greater uinderstanding and clearer statements that show understanding of sustainability and/or sustainability. e.g. road tolls control and reduce car so this reduces congestion and air pollution; footpaths repaired to reduce erosion and ensure that the land is conserved into the future.
